In Part 1, I told you four things that are needed on your business Facebook Page to be successful. However, nothing is that easy and just doing those four things isn’t going to make your Page the next hot spot on Facebook. In Part 2, I am going to cover the action that needs to be taken on the Page and it’s going to require time. But then again what doesn’t when it comes to building a business?
Facebook Pages Need To Be Maintained Regularly
I am not going to sit here and tell you that you can put your Facebook Page on autopilot and watch its active users flood it and bleed over onto your website or pick up the phone and start calling you. It just doesn’t happen that way. You or someone in your company will have to add this to their daily task list.
Neglecting your Facebook Page will kill your efforts and no one will ‘Like’ it. In fact, you will definitely see people disliking it. Talk about killing your brand. :(
For a long time many years ago, passive advertising was the way to go and it worked for many companies. Hire an ad agency, they design a marketing plan around your brand, and you just wait for the sales to pour in. Welcome to Twenty Ten where expensive print media is dead and television is dying fast. Where are all of your customers? Chances are….Facebook. Don’t neglect your Facebook Page, it might grow into your most resourceful marketing tool.
