When I tried to download and activate Clifton\'s Comment Responder, I ran into all kinds of problems. I\'m not techy at all, and this was a few months ago, but if I remember correctly, it was an issue with my how my web host interfaced with WordPress. I emailed Clifton, and he jumped on it, staying with me through the whole process until it was up and running correctly. I\'m sure grateful that he not only stands behind his products, but that he is helpful and personable enough to actually \"get his hands dirty\" helping someone figure out their tech issues!
