Part Two – Web Directories

There are many web site directories on the intnernet and some of them are just link farms that can really hurt your SEO if you put your link on one. But there some really great directories out there to improve your SEO and increase your Google Page Rank. DMOZ and Yahoo! Directory are two exceptional places to attempt to acquire links to your blog, but there can be incredibly long wait times for DMOZ and high prices with Yahoo! to be included in the directories.

Consider some alternatives that do a great job for you blog. Web directories like Business.com, Bestoftheweb.com, GoGuides.com, JoeAnt.com, RubberStamp.com, Skaffe.com, SiteSnoop.com, Gimpsy.com, IPL.org, and MassiveLinks.com are great places to start.
