Wordpress BiographyHow to set up a WordPress Biography

Many people who have a WordPress blog, already have a complete page dedicated to who they are and it is usually titled About or About me, check out mine, Who am I?. However, there should be a brief excerpt about the blogger near the bottom of each blog post. Why? Because you are building your brand and you want people to see that you are the author of the article and you want them to learn about who YOU are and what you are about. If they want to learn more about you, they will visit your About me page. Another great reason for the bio at the bottom of each post is because you may decide to have a guest author blog with you. This lets your readers know more about the guest author. (Note: Having guest authors is a great way to mix things up on your blog)

Clifton, another great instructional video. Can this also be done for other “authors” of my blog?

Clifton, I am sure this was another great video. Again I could not hear it. The pictures of the word press blog were not very clear.

Thanks Steve! It’s SO important that your bio is placed at the bottom of your posts because it gives your visitors a quick excerpt of who you are in case they haven’t looked at your About Steve page or if you don’t have an about you page. :) Be transparent, be authentic, and be open to those who visit your space on the web! Cheers my friend.

Hey Jason! HaHa Sometimes things are right under my nose and yet I send way to much time trying to find them. Sometimes it’s best to walk away for a moment and return to discover what you have been looking for. I hope you wrote out your bio and sometimes it’s just good to write out the best about yourself anyway. :)
